Come join in the fun and freedom of dancing like no-one is watching! 1 hour of non stop dance music to suit all genres. No judgement. No routines. No pressure. No fuss. No lights (ultra dimmed for safety) and lycra is entirely optional :-D
Wear what you want. Dance how you want. It's a wonderful way to exercise and get some feel good vibes.
Anyone from ages 12 and upwards are welcome, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
