A New Trap & Bass Experience by We Love Kandy

Saturday, September 26, 2026

We Love Kandy introduces the first installment of NO FREQUENCY — a new event built for the next generation of trap, bass and high-energy electronic music in Los Angeles.

For our debut, we're bringing together a lineup of rising artists who are actively pushing the sound forward, headlined by Los Angeles trap and bass producer IKU.

Expect a night centered around TRAP. BASS. ENERGY.

HEADLINER: IKU

IKU (Andy Rivera) is a Los Angeles-based trap and bass DJ and producer who began making music in 2023 and has quickly established himself as one of the emerging names to watch in the bass scene.

Despite releasing his music independently, IKU's tracks have already received support across major stages and festivals from artists including Kai Wachi, ROSSY, DJ Diesel, 24hrs, Habstrakt, Nostalgix, Manila Killa and Deorro.

Since 2024, IKU has performed at 50+ shows across California, Las Vegas, New York and Japan, appearing at venues including Academy LA, Catch One and Yost Theater, along with numerous underground and pop-up events produced through his co-founded event company, DIY Raves.

IKU has also performed in support of artists including RL Grime, Yetep, Jai Wolf, Softest Hard, Bear Grillz, JAWNS, FrostTop, ALRT, Rickyxsan, Nazaar, Pluko, Sumthin Sumthin, Qlank, Klaxx, 24hrs, CHYL, Ryan Nevis, DJ Kang, $J and more.

On September 26, IKU takes control of NO FREQUENCY for a headlining set built around trap, bass and hard-hitting electronic music.

VEILED EYE

Veiled Eye is a 20-year-old Los Angeles-based EDM artist fusing Latin rhythms with energetic trap and bass music.

Their musical foundation began at an early age through the sounds of Latin electronic artists such as 3BALLMTY before discovering dubstep through artists including Skrillex and Knife Party.

At just 16 years old, Veiled Eye won the grand prize in the Cymatics Producer Royale Contest and has since earned support from Brownies & Lemonade, FUXWITHIT and Insomniac, including a label release at only 18.

With additional support from Yellow Claw, CHAN, Juelz, Moore Kismet and other bass music heavyweights, Veiled Eye continues to develop a forward-thinking combination of Latin influence, trap and bass.

HMEWRK.

Spanning across oceans, HMEWRK. is a hybrid trap and experimental bass trio focused on creating new sounds and high-energy live experiences.

Since making their debut on Space Yacht in 2024, the trio's music has gained attention from bass heavyweights including ISOxo and Kai Wachi while their performances have reached crowds around the world.

Their sets move freely through trap, experimental bass and other corners of bass music, creating an unpredictable experience designed for the dance floor.

JUNIOR GRIMEZ

Born in the Bay Area and raised in Ventura County, Junior Grimez is a rising force in the bass scene known for explosive performances combining trap, dubstep and heavy bass.

Since debuting his first unreleased track in 2022, Junior Grimez has performed on stages including Webster Hall, Catch One, Avalon Hollywood, Apocalypse Zombieland Festival, Academy LA and Exchange LA.

His sets combine precision, power and heavy bass into an immersive experience built for high-energy crowds.

MAKE IT BUMP

Orange County-based DJ Make It Bump has built an international following through festival-ready mashups and edits supported by artists including ILLENIUM, Crankdat, ALLEYCVT, Jessica Audiffred, ARMNHMR, LEVEL UP, DJ Diesel, YDG and William Black.

His mashups have reached major festival stages including Ultra Music Festival Miami, EDC Las Vegas and Lost Lands, while accumulating more than 4.5 million streams across platforms.

Drawing inspiration from artists such as ILLENIUM, NGHTMRE and Knock2, Make It Bump blends dubstep, melodic bass, trap and bass house into high-energy sets.

He has also supported artists including NGHTMRE, TroyBoi and Yellow Claw and built a growing Southern California following, selling out his second headline event in April 2026 with more than 200 attendees.

WELCOME TO NO FREQUENCY.
