About this Event
There are countless skin care products available to us! How can we even begin to choose effective products that live up to their claims? Chemist and science communicator Louise Hidinger is here to help. She will discuss skin care best practices and how to find products that will have you fresh faced and ready to go - no filter required!
Louise Hidinger is a chemist, medical writer, and science communicator. Louise holds a Ph.D. in biological chemistry from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in cosmetic science from De Montfort University. In response to public demand, Louise began writing and speaking about the science of personal care products. Her seminars have been held at public institutions including the Toronto Public Library and the Oakville Public Library, and at private organizations across the Greater Toronto Area.
