About this Event

In this interactive workshop, we will explore where authority shows up in our everyday lives, the times when we weren't able, or weren't sure we could say no, and how to build up the muscles that resist tyranny! Together with attendees, we will learn the small exercises we can do to get strong for the moments that really matter.
