About this Event
No Cartridge Audio is a critical-yet-casual look at videogames and they way they impact and shape our cultural lives. We invite people who make, think about, or just love games on the show to talk about the games that inspire them, confound them, or make them curious and try to break down what we can make of this from a gaming and aesthetic perspective.
At this recurring live event, we have our guests play the games that have been most foundational to them while in conversation, so the audience can experience a sort of audio-visual look into the way games can make meaning. The host of the project is Trevor Strunk, who has a book called Story Mode coming out in November and is a committed moderator of super interesting people.

Leon Chang is an artist, musician, games maker, and all around creative nexus who will be talking with us about his aesthetic work and how it does and doesn't relate to games.

COVID POLICIES
As we re-open we're doing everything we can to keep our audience, performers, and staff safe and are complying with all Covid regulations.
As part of this, all attendees must present proof of full vaccination to enter. Proof can be via the New York State Excelsior pass, a physical copy of the CDC card, a photo of your CDC card, or other electronic record of vaccination includes name and date (e.g., some chain pharmacies have an app with this information). In all cases the name must match that on your photo ID.

REFUND POLICY
Tickets may be refunded up to 24 hours before the event. Within 24 hours we may take exchanges for other events at our discretion. No refunds after the event.
