MAIN COURSE

Option 1 - Traditional Roast Turkey, cranberry and sage stuffing, pigs in blankets, pan jus, roast potatoes

Option 2 - Braised beef shin, bourguignon sauce, glazed baby onion, creamy mash

Option 3 - Walnut, cashew and chestnut roast homemade stuffing, plant-based pigs in blankets, root vegetable gravy (VEG OPTION)

Option 4 - Fillet of salmon herb crushed new potatoes, buttered leeks and kale, white wine caper sauce

DESERTS

Option 1 - Chocolate ganache cranberry gel, hazelnut crumb (VEG OPTION)

Option 2 - Christmas pudding brandy cream sauce (VEG OPTION)
