The National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring high-risk racial and ethnic populations receive optimal health care, through NMQF’s CSSI initiative and NMQF Connect program will be hosting a free Mini Clinic in Oakland, California with local health institutions and community leaders.
This free clinic offers hands-on education and free screenings under the care of health experts for diabetes, kidney health, and cardiovascular health.
All are welcome! We'll have free activities and giveaways for attendees.
