Simonetta Roma is a certified NLP Trainer (ABNLP) and Master NLP Coach based in Barcelona. For 25 years she has worked with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals across Europe. She's the creator of the I.C.E.® (Individual Centre of Excellence) methodology and founder of PowerUp Academy.
Jessica Vassallo is an Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy™. She has a Harley Street background, 2,000+ clinical clients, trained directly under Richard Bandler, and worked with Paul McKenna. She was a speaker at the UK Hypnosis Convention 2025.
