Allow time to arrive and wind down post-event.
Start time we lock the door and the event begins on LIGHTS OUT!
Venue: Kick 'n' Box Stepney - pop into maps (massive space to move around in)
Cost: $10 - EFT or cash accepted ($8 conc)
Time: One hour (60 minutes)
Start of the event we ask you to:
📴Turn off your phone. Or on silent and face down so no light emits.
🚳Turn off the light on Fitbit or watch
⛔️No chatting (singing and whooping okay)
🚰Bring a water bottle (there is water to refill it - but you can buy water at the venue if you need it.)
👌Stay home if you are feeling sick
💫Bring an open mind. Be respectful of others.

*There is access for wheelchair users/ mobility aids but no accessible toilet within the venue. The room is dark for the entire hour. Loud music is played during the event, you are welcome to wear headphones and use fidget toys (as long as the ones used don't light up.) Warning: there may be strong language in some songs within our playlists that may upset some attendees.
