Honorees this year are Waterford Rise , Mike Graner and More Than Words , Debbie Phillip s, HBCA , and Reuben Santiago .
The event will be held at the Port N Starboard, 98 Neptune Ave, NewLondon, CT. Tickets are $75 and may be purchased by June 15, 2024.
