Northern Kentucky Tribune's community engagement series aims to bring together local residents, business owners and community leaders to discuss and address the issues that matter most to our region.
In our fast-paced world, time is a precious commodity. When we find ourselves trapped in unproductive meetings, it wastes time, and the experience becomes a demotivator. Well-managed meetings can improve communication and teamwork, increase participants productivity and engagement, and reduce time wasted.
In this brief session, Tim Zeis, President, Game Changer Solutions, LLC, will introduce effective facilitation tips and help them better understand the key concepts of meeting preparation and management.
Participants will learn how to transform unproductive meetings into opportunities for growth and success.

Zeis' personal journey has helped hone his skills in improving business functions and scaling. At one time, he led over 2,500 people in multiple locations across the US and was responsible for all aspects of operation and critical business functions. Zeis has sharpened his ability to respond and react quickly and effectively, enabling him to develop a situational leadership approach.
As president of Game Changer, LLC, Tim helps companies optimize their bottom line by leveraging existing resources while developing people, processes, and systems. He assists individuals and teams in becoming more effective through critical thinking , analysis problem-solving, decision-making, and project/task execution.
Zeis instills a continuous improvement mindset. He helps set practical goals and objectives with measurable metrics to gauge success. He helps enhance organizational talent to boost productivity, efficiency, and accountability.
Zeis is very active in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Region including as board chair of “Off the List”, an organization that helps people get off of the kidney transplant list through living donors, board member of the Better Business Bureau, assistant football coach at Thomas More University, previous board chair of the Cincinnati USA Sports Commission, previous board president /member of the Juvenile Diabetes research Foundation (JDRF) local chapter, graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky.
