* Come for a visit on Saturdays New Hours - 11AM to 9PM - and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed Monday through Friday (we grow the sugar cane and rye, cut, harvest, and bottle M-F). See all the FUN THINGS you can experience at NJoy Spirits Distillery! The last Tour & Tasting starts at 5:00 p.m., and the gate closes at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and 6 p.m. on Sunday.
* 2022 FL Law Change: You can now buy UNLIMITED BOTTLES of our Wild Buck Whiskey, Mermaid Rum, and Ryes-In-Shine Moonshine!
* Come out and enjoy your weekend at one of our two on-site outdoor bars with a craft beer (or two), wine, sangria, margaritas, hot dogs, snacks, and soft drinks while you relax with friends and family while you chow down at our Nathans hot dogs or food from a visiting food truck.
* Optional $10 Tour & Tasting (21+) of our award-winning Wild Buck Whiskey, Florida Mermaid Rum, Ryes-in-Shine Moonshine, and a sample-sized Cocktail-of-the-Day using our own liquor and fruit juices. Guests ages 0 to 20 can take the Tour for Free. By law, guests must be 21 for the spirit-tasting portion of the tour. The $10 tour & tasting fee is fully credited towards any Wild Buck Whiskey, Mermaid Rum, or Rise-N-Shine Moonshine purchase—one bottle purchase per tour and tasting credit.
* All guests on property under 21 must have an accompanying adult or 21+. Guests under 21 cannot sit at any bar seat or enter the tasting room or gift shop (by law).
* Only always-on-a-short-leash (under six feet) pet and guide dogs, please. Human caretakers are responsible for keeping their dog on a leash, being well-behaved, and picking up all droppings.
* No food, beverages, or coolers are permitted.
