NJC Pathfinder: Navigating Conflict

Join the Nashville Junior Chamber for our signature Pathfinder Workshop Series, focusing on Navigating Conflict.
About this Event

Join us December 10 for our new Pathfinder event, Navigating Conflict: Turning Difficult Conversations into Better Outcomes.

We've all had a conversation at work that didn't go quite the way we hoped. Maybe it was a disagreement with a coworker, difficult feedback from a manager, or a situation where two people simply couldn't see eye to eye.

Conflict is a normal part of working with others, but knowing how to handle it well is a skill that takes practice.

Join the Nashville Junior Chamber on December 10 for our next Pathfinder Workshop: Navigating Conflict, a two-hour professional development session focused on approaching difficult conversations with more confidence.

We'll explore how to:

• Recognize the different types of workplace conflict.

• Employ the 12 strategies for Managing Conflict

• Have productive conversations when opinions, expectations, or priorities don't align.

• Navigate conflict while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Whether you're early in your career, managing a team, or simply looking to improve how you work with others, this session is for you.

This event takes place at Shore Capital Partners, located in Suite 1950.
