Kick off the summer by mastering the classic obstacles! We focus on fundamentals and confidence, with smart obstacle course training that turns every camper into an All-star.
Payments
50% non-refundable deposit due at sign up
One week for one Ninja: $250 (deposit will be deducted from this amount)
Additional children are discounted
The remaining balance will be charged within 14 days of the camp. After that point, no refunds will be issued.
Drop Off and Pick Up
Camp Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Drop Off: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM (Please do not arrive earlier)
Pick Up: 2:45 - 3:00 PM (to allow for staggered dismissal and manage traffic)
On the first day, we will verify contact information and emergency numbers. Drop off and pick up will take place inside as you enter. Please be sure to sign your child in and out when you arrive.
Medication and Special Needs
If your ninja requires medication, please inform us before the first day and complete the necessary form. Also, let us know about any special needs (allergies, physical limitations, behavioral concerns, etc.).
Grouping Requests
If your ninja wants to be grouped with a friend, let us know on the first day. We group ninjas by age, so we may not accommodate large age gaps.
What to Bring
Lunch and Snacks: Pack a lunch, several snacks, and at least two large water bottles. Microwaves are not available.
Quiet Activities: Ninjas may bring a book or quiet activity for breaks. We also have books and activities available, along with engaging games.
Personal Items: If bringing items like Pokémon cards, remind your ninja to put them away after use. USA Ninja Challenge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Device Policy
Only phones and e-readers are allowed. No other electronics (laptops, Nintendo Switch, tablets, etc.) are permitted. Phones may only be used during lunch or for emergency calls. Video recording without permission is not allowed. USA Ninja Challenge is not responsible for any lost items or damages.
What to Wear
Attire: Shorts or tights are recommended. No special footwear is needed for the gym floor, but flip flops or slip-ons are useful for non-gym activities.
Behavior Expectations
Campers are expected to treat all staff and fellow campers with respect and kindness. Behavior issues will be addressed appropriately and discussed with parents/caregivers at pickup. Campers whose behavior is unsafe for others will be asked to leave camp and not return.
