NightSky Sessions: Foo Fighters
About this Event
There are songs that stop being songs and start being places you have lived. You know the ones. You screamed them in the car. You put them on the night you did not think you would make it through. These songs already know you. They were there.
Tonight you get to sit with them again, in the dark, with the stars coming out over your head.
Inside the Zeidler Dome at TELUS World of Science the lights fall away and a whole sky opens up above you. An aurora moves slow across the ceiling. Underneath it, one person sits with one acoustic guitar and plays the songs you have carried for years, close enough to hear him breathe between the lines.
This is not the band. It is something quieter, and something braver. These songs with everything stripped away but the ache that made you love them. One voice, six strings, two hundred people feeling the same thing at the same time.
What to expect
He builds each song in front of you, loop by loop, until one guitar fills the entire dome. The sky never stops moving while he plays. Nobody talks. Nobody stands. Somewhere in that hour a song you had filed away will reach across the room and take the wind out of you. You walk out quieter than you came in, carrying something you did not have when you sat down.
Why come
Some songs deserve better than a bar with the game on, and bigger than a stadium where the singer is a speck a mile away. A dark room, a candlelit stage, a sky that moves, two hundred seats, one night. There is a place for you under this sky, and we would love to see you in it.

Saturday, September 12, 2026. Check in 6:30, doors 6:45, music 7:00 to 8:00. Zeidler Dome, TELUS World of Science, Edmonton.
The dome holds two hundred, and this happens once. Save your seat, bring someone who needs to hear these songs as much as you do, and come let them find you under the stars. We'll keep the sky on for you.
