The house band - VVN & The Origin, will open the night with originals and some of our favourite RnB, Soul, Jazz, Neo-soul, Afro-pop and Reggae classics before opening the floor for the open mic section.
TO SIGN UP FOR THE OPEN MIC, PLEASE PURCHASE AN OPEN MIC TICKET. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED FOLLOWING THIS.
The Band
VVN & The Origin are a 3-6 piece band performing across London and the UK infusing neo-soul and Jazz classics into a mix of genres.
VVN
Likened to artists such as Lauryn Hill, Lianne La Havas and Erykah Badu, VVN is a singer/songwriter, spoken word artist, actress, and published poet from London. She has a passion for African-Caribbean culture and history, and grounds herself and her music within her identity as a Second Generation Black British Nigerian Londoner. She blends her love of culture with her passion for story-telling by singing in both English and Igbo, while infusing spoken-word into her songs.

Open Mic
All performance styles are welcome including but not limited to singers, rappers, poets, spoken word artists, actors and musicians. For our 'summer love edition' theme we encourage you to perform your favourite love songs or perform a vibe that gives you a feel of nostalgia and long summer days. The stage is youre, so you are welcome to share whatever is on your heart!
We want our open mics to have a family feel, so connect the crowd to performers. We offer cards on each table where the audience can leave words of encouragement, advise and appreciation for all performers!
Open Mic performers can perform with the band, personal instruments, acapella or with a backing track.
(Open mic slots will be on a first come first serve basis, we recommend purchasing an open mic ticket in advance to secure your spot)
