The Nightlife & Horde Weekend Pass unlocks entry to both of Louisville’s wildest Halloween crawls:

• Halloween Nightlife Crawl – Friday, October 31st
• Zombie Horde Pub Crawl – Saturday, November 1st
  

Friday night is for the glam. Step into cocktail lounges, rooftop bars, and dance clubs with DJs spinning Halloween remixes and exclusive themed menus. Saturday night is for the horde. Join the undead as the city’s pubs transform into survival zones filled with zombie shots, blood-red cocktails, and a closing party where the living and the undead collide.

1. Check-In: Pick up your weekend wristband at the designated start venue (7:30–10:30 PM both nights).
2. Choose Your Path: Explore any participating bars, pubs, or clubs between 8:30–11:30 PM.
3. Final Party: Each night ends at a huge closing venue from 11:30 PM–2 AM.

Venue lists will be announced closer to Halloween. Expect a curated mix of upscale bars and clubs on Friday, and themed pubs and high-energy party spots on Saturday.

AGE & ID POLICY

• Entry is strictly 21+. You must show a valid government-issued photo ID to join.
  
• No ID = no entry, regardless of ticket purchase.
  

WRISTBANDS & CHECK-IN

• Mandatory Wristbands: A wristband is required for venue access. You’ll receive it at the official check-in by presenting your Eventbrite ticket or QR code.
  
• Check-In Deadline: Wristbands must be collected during the posted hours (before 10:30 PM). If you fail to check in on time, you lose access—no refunds.
  
• Proxy Option: If you can’t arrive in time, you may send someone else to pick up your wristband.
  

VENUE ACCESS & CONDUCT

• Schedule Restrictions: Wristbands and drink deals are valid only during the times listed on the Digital Bar List.
  
• Use the Crawl Map: Always review the Digital Crawl Map Link on event day for updates, venue changes, or closures.
  
• Capacity Limits: Some locations may reach max capacity. You may be required to wait or choose an alternate venue.
  
• Venue Rights: Bars reserve the right to refuse entry based on intoxication, dress code, behavior, or safety concerns. Security screening still applies even with a wristband.
  

TICKETS & REFUNDS

• Final Sale: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is canceled with no new date, a refund (minus fees) will be issued automatically.
  
• Rain or Shine: The crawl happens regardless of weather. Venue participation and specials are subject to change without notice.
  
• Arrival Issues: Late check-ins or showing up at the wrong venue are not grounds for refunds.
  

COSTUMES & BEHAVIOR

• Costume Guidelines: No items resembling weapons. Offensive or unsafe costumes may lead to denied entry without refund.
  
• Respect the Crawl: Disorderly conduct, damage to venues, or harassment of staff or other guests will result in removal with no refund.
  

LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket and participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to: personal injury, illness, property loss, theft, accidents, alcohol-related harm, and even death.

You fully and forever release and discharge Events Per Se, its owners, partners, contractors, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and all participating venues from any claims, liabilities, or demands connected to your participation—whether caused by negligence, gross negligence, or any other reason.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties from any expenses, damages, or legal costs arising from your actions or involvement.

By attending, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Your participation is voluntary, and this waiver is intended to be as broad and enforceable as the law allows.
