The Wonder Light team invites you to a peaceful outdoor experience — a gentle night of yoga, grounding meditation, and sound under the open sky, in one of Budapest’s most magical natural spots: Gellért Hill Park, overlooking the city.Program:
Meet and greet at Verejték u
We’ll meet at the beginning of Verejték utca and from there, take a short walk together into the heart of Gellért Hill Park — where nature, wide views, and open skies set the scene for the evening.
Opening Ceremony – Grounding Meditation
We begin with an active grounding meditation to release tension, shake off the day, and root ourselves fully into the earth — embraced by the gentle energy of the hill and the panoramic horizon.
Night Yoga Class
As twilight settles over the forest, we’ll flow through a gentle night yoga sequence guided by slow movement and breath. This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Sound Bath – Connecting with Space
As the night deepens, we’ll guide you into a sound journey that brings the energy upward — inviting rest, expansion, and stillness. Simply lie down, gaze into the stars, and allow the sounds to carry you.
Closing tea + optional sharing
We’ll finish with a quiet gathering in the grove, offering a cup of herbal tea and a light snack package to gently return to the present — with space for silence, reflection, or sharing.
