Megnyitó – Földelés meditáció
Egy feszültségoldó, lazító rövid meditáció a természetben.
Éjszakai jógaóra
Lassan áramló, mindenki számára alkalmas esti jóga.
Hangfürdő – Kapcsolódás a térrel
Hangutazás, pihenéssel, szemlélődéssel a csillagok alatt.

We’re inviting you to spend a special summer evening with us — outdoors, under the open sky, in one of Buda’s lesser-known green spots: Kissvábhegy Park.
This is a quiet, peaceful place just above the city, surrounded by forest — and as night falls, we’ll have a magical view of the Budapest city lights twinkling in the distance. It’s the kind of hidden gem you don’t find unless someone shows you. Now’s your chance.
Together we’ll practice gentle yoga, active meditation, and end with a relaxing sound bath.
Program:
🕖 Meeting Point
Álom utca 29, Budapest – 19:00
We’ll meet there and walk a short distance together to our spot in the park.
Opening Ceremony – Grounding Meditation
We begin with an active grounding meditation to release tension, shake off the day, and root ourselves fully into the earth — surrounded by nature.
Night Yoga Class
As the sky shifts from sunset to night, we’ll guide you through a slow, calming yoga session. No experience needed. Just follow your breath and enjoy the space — with the city lights glowing below us
Sound Bath – Connecting with Space
As the night deepens, we’ll guide you into a sound journey that brings the energy upward — inviting rest, expansion, and stillness. Simply lie down, gaze into the stars, and allow the sounds to carry you.
Closing tea + optional sharing
We’ll finish with a quiet gathering in the grove, offering a cup of herbal tea and a light snack package to gently return to the present — with space for silence, reflection, or sharing.

Group size is limited to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
