Dr. Thaddeus (Tadj) Asel is a materials scientist specializing in wide-bandgap semiconductors, with a focus on gallium oxide for high-performance power electronics. At the Air Force Research Laboratory, he leads research in advanced semiconductor materials for aerospace and defense applications, combining deep technical expertise with a mission-driven approach to innovation
