SUMMER TIME CHI! IS BACK! JOIN US OUTSIDE TO "DANCE YOUR WAY TO NAMASTE!" COME OUT AND JAM ON THE DRUM BEFORE TURNING UP THE FUN TO MOVE YOUR BODY TO THE BEAT OF THOSE DRUMS.
We will have a brief opening drum circle to start our connection. Learn a basic rhythm that will allow you to play in any drum circle until you find your "voice".
NEXT....WE DANCE! Exploring dances from across the African Diaspora to use as our "Asanas" to RELEASE your MIND, RESTORE your BODY and REFRESH your SOUL! the same as ENLIGHTENMENT AS A YOGA GLOW.
