About the musicians
Paul Burroughs is a Brooklyn-based artist making guitar-driven music with narratives of landscape, time, and relationships.
Jogo, or Jolee Gordon (she), is a performer, songwriter, improviser, explorative vocal artist, and multi-instrumentalist. Born and raised in NYC, she has a unique sound that draws on various styles of music. She has recently moved back to New York City after spending a four year stint in Los Angeles and has been an active member of multiple bands on both the east and west coast since 2018. Her music has been described as “whimsical”, “trippy”, “harmonically adventurous”. As a teacher, she strives to make her students feel comfortable opening up and finding their own voice. She uses a variety of methods to attain this, often teaching songs by ear. She has two records released under her own name, with a third full length album and an EP to be released in 2026.
