Eat, drink, and celebrate with the largest dinosaurs to ever roam the earth. In a cocktail-style setting, indulge in freshly shucked oysters and a sumptuous South American inspired menu, accompanied by gorgeous Vasse Felix wines, Gage Roads craft beer and small batch, traditionally distilled Tattarang Springs Gin.
On arrival, ascend the imposing staircase off Beaufort Street and be transported into space. As you promenade along the shimmering corridors, let thrilling performances captivate and inspire you, be dazzled by the giant dinosaurs that surround you, and allow yourself to be swept up by the pulsating beats of the dinosaur dance floor late into the night.
The Champagne Diamond Bar will offer a one-in-200 chance to win a 0.88 carat cushion cut Argyle champagne diamond from Rohan Jewellers, and during the evening’s Silent Auction, you can bid on a range of exclusive lots that are true money-can’t-buy opportunities.
