NID- APOPKA FREE HUD APPROVED 8 HOURS FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER EDUCATION COURSE
Come join us for our in-person event at 949 S Orange Blossom Trail! This course is perfect for first-time homebuyers looking to learn about the process of purchasing a home. Our HUD approved program covers everything you need to know to make informed decisions when buying your first home. Our NID FREE Home buyer class that is divided into 2 sessions (you must attend both to receive the certification).
To participate we need two documents - copy of you ID and NID Disclosures signed and dated for each one of the participants (NID Disclosures will be given in class).
Session 1 - will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern time.
Session 2 – One-on-one counseling session – meeting will be set up the following week after the class.
