These organ recitals are part of the programs for the American Guild of Organists 2024 National Convention headquartered in San Francisco from June 30 to July 4, 2024. These recitals are open to the public, and tickets are not required. The program is being offered twice – first from 2:00P to 2:45P, and again from 3:30P to 4:15P.
Nicole Keller is in demand as a concert artist, adjudicator, and clinician. As a teacher, Ms. Keller strives to foster and model a commitment to excellence in performance, scholarship and self-growth as students deepen their love of music and their instrument. Her students have been accepted into and attended prestigious graduate schools throughout the country and enjoy successful musical careers in a variety of settings. She was on the faculty at the Conservatory of Music at Baldwin Wallace University for more than 20 years as an instructor of organ, harpsichord, church music, and chamber music coach. She was recently appointed to the faculty of the School of Music, Theatre & Dance at the University of Michigan.
Ms. Keller’s program includes Voluntary for Organ by William Bolcom, the world premiere of Wisdom by Karl Rütti (commissioned by the San Francisco 2024 AGO National Convention), Twentieth Sonata by Rayner Brown, 3 Improvisations by Nadia Boulanger, and Variations on Two Themes by Naji Hakim.
