Through gentle action methods, creative exploration, and embodied moments of connection, we will create a space where you can honour your lived experience while reconnecting with your joy, creativity, and inner strength. Expect laughter, insight, light movement, and a chance to breathe more fully into your “wonderful and worthy” self.

Biggi Hofmann is an experienced psychodramatist, clinical supervisor and author, with over 26 years of trauma-informed practice. Integrating transpersonal, transgenerational, and spiritual dimensions into her practice, she delivers a unique, holistic approach to personal transformation, where participants can access their innate wisdom, move beyond limiting patterns and unlock their fullest potential. Through workshops, retreats, and one-to-one work, Biggi’s practice honours diversity and richness of human experience, fostering resilience, belonging, and authentic self-expression.
