NICA 8-hour Mountain Biking First Aid

This class is designed for NICA mountain bike coaches, but is great for anyone that mountain bikes or ride gravel. We cover many topics, including: medical emergencies, trauma, environmental emergencies, patient assessments, etc. We mix lecture with hands-on and scenarios. Each student receives a book and certification card good for two years. There is optional CPR/AED training immediately after the first aid class.
