NIC Juneteenth in Soulard

Join Neighbors Impacting Communities to celebrate Juneteenth from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo., in partnership with StayFocused Foundation, a subsidiary of TeamFocused Productions.

This inaugural event will include free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages. Bandstand line-up will include music, dance, singing and more – highlighted with the crowning of NIC's Miss Teen Juneteenth 2023 and Junior Miss Juneteenth 2023.

Booth vendor reservations are open. Set-up is from 7-9 a.m. Festival opens to the public at 9 a.m. and closes at 6 p.m. All vendors must be packed and out of the park by 7:30 p.m. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date.

1) Early Bird by 8 a.m. CDT on April 29; 2) Standard by 8 a.m. CDT on May 27; 3) Late by 8 a.m. CDT on June 10, 2023. To participate, ALL registrations must be registered using this form by deadline of 8 a.m. CDT, Saturday, June 10, 2023.

- Single space/tent 10 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $100; 2) Standard = $150; 3) Late = $250

- Double vendor space/tent 20 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $150; 2) Standard = $200; 3) Late = $300

- Food truck: 15% of total sales at the end of the event day - registration deadline is 8 a.m. CDT on May 27.

• All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits - detailed at . All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation to NIC a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.
• Online/credit card payments subject to fees/taxes set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
• Pre-paid vendors via cash or CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form by deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC and adhere to all City of St. Louis ordinances.
• All vendor spaces are outdoors. Limited number of sites with electricity are available and will be determined by NIC. Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
• This event will continue regardless of weather, unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions.
• NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold during/at this event.
• All fees are non-refundable.
