About this Event

Vendor reservations are now open for Neighbors Impacting Community's inaugural Juneteenth Festival on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Creve Coeur Lake Park in St. Louis County, Mo. Set-up begins at 8 a.m. Festival opens to the public at 10 a.m. and continues until dusk.

Join us as we celebrate diversity, inclusion and school-age children in the arts and community in partnership with StayFocused Foundation (stayfocusedstl.org), a subsidiary of TeamFocused Productions (teamfocusedproductions.com). Event entertainment will include music, dance, singing and crowning of NIC's Miss Juneteenth 2023.

  • Cost for 10 x 10 non-food vendor space is 1) Early Bird: $100 by March 31; 2) $150 by April 28; or $200 late registrant by May12.
  • Cost for food vendor/trucks registration is 1) Early Bird: $200 by March 31; 2) $300 by April 28 and 3) $400 late registrant by May12.
  • Cost for not-for-profit information table 1) Early Bird: $20 by March 31; 2) $30 by April 28; or $40 late registrant by May 12. (May not sell any services or items during event. Must submit proof of non-profit status to NIC by 10 p.m. May 12.)
  • Pre-paid vendors via check, cash or CashApp and VIP tables coordinated directly with NIC must submit via this form by deadlines specified above using promo code and adhere to all StLCo permits/regulations noted below.
  • ALL above registrations close at 10 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2023 - and will be submitted to St. Louis County to follow up on permits and regulation compliance.
  • This event will continue regardless of weather.
  • Refund policy: Up to 50% if requested and approved prior to May 15, 2023, but not payable until after June 17, 2023 event. No refunds will be considered after May 15, 2023.

PERMITS/REGULATIONS: All registered vendors are required to adhere to St. Louis County's guidelines as specified at https://stlouiscountymo.gov/st-louis-county-departments/parks/reservations-permits/special-events. Registered vendors will be contacted by StLCo at least a month prior to the event regarding their permit to sell application with agreement to StLCo permit fee of 15% of the day's proceeds. In addition, vendors selling consumables including food, beverage, personal/household items, etc. are also required to submit a certificate of liability for $2M for the day to StLCo with permit application.
