About this Event
Reclaim Your Time, Energy & Boundaries
Do you ever find yourself saying “yes” when you really mean “no”? Feeling stretched too thin, yet guilty for even thinking about putting yourself first?
Join us this May as Veronica Brefere leads a powerful and practical conversation designed to help you understand why you overextend yourself—and more importantly, how to change it.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Understand the Root Cause
Discover what’s really behind the habit of overextending yourself and why it can feel so difficult to say no.
✨ Release Guilt & Prioritize Your Needs
Learn how to quiet the internal guilt and fear that hold you back from practicing self-care and making empowered choices.
✨ Create Personal Boundaries That Stick
Walk away with your own personalized boundaries guideline—something you can use in real-life situations to protect your time, energy, and well-being.
This isn’t just about awareness—it’s about giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life so you can show up stronger, clearer, and more aligned.
Come connect, learn, and grow with a community of women committed to supporting each other’s success.
About Veronica:
Veronica is an authenticity coach who helps high-achieving professionals and caregivers stop overextending their time, energy, care and expertise—so they can show up fully without burning out. She teaches practical, compassionate boundary skills that protect well-being, strengthen relationships, and create more sustainable success.
With a psychology degree focused on mind, brain, and behavior—and a corporate hospitality background spanning restaurant leadership to large-scale festival operations—Veronica understands performance under pressure. She’s seen firsthand what it takes to execute at a high level, and she knows that real excellence isn’t powered by self-sacrifice; it’s supported by clear limits, recovery, and self-respect.
Her work is direct, deeply human and backed by neuroscience: helping clients set boundaries that reduce stress, prevent burnout, and make space for the life they’re working so hard to build.
