Come celebrate Small Business Saturday and the holiday season in Niantic at the Niantic Holiday Stroll on Nov. 29, 2025 from 12-6pm in downtown Niantic. Visit https://nianticmainstreet.org/event/nianticholidaystroll to see the full schedule of events!This family-friendly day fills the streets, eateries and shops with thousands of visitors and of course the holiday spirit! The event features more than 30 shop and restaurant specials, roaming characters, carolers from The Music Studio, a Shop Small contest, visits by the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who, and a multitude of other activities that keep kids (and the kids at heart) entertained and smiling.
Visitors can also go on the hunt for some mischievous elves in the shop windows with Niantic Main Street’s Mermaid Elf Trail. (We hear they’ve dressed as mermaids to help blend in.) Or families can visit the Buoys by the Bay buoy trees in Scheer Park.
Last, but not least, Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at the Liberty Green just in time for a tree lighting ceremony at 5pm.
The Niantic Holiday Stroll is produced by Niantic Main Street, an all volunteer organization, which means every volunteer does what they do because of their love and dedication to our village.
