Lisa Rambaldo loves movement and feels it is part of her life's path to share the Joy of movement with others in all ways! She has been practicing Nia and Yoga for over 30 years and holds a Black Belt in the Nia technique, is a E-500 RYT yoga teacher, yoga continuing education teacher (YACEP), and a IAYT Yoga Therapist. In addition to movement, Lisa has been a lifelong student--both academically and through self-study and travel---of culture, meaning, and living life to the fullest, embracing light and learning from challenges. She brings to her teachings influences of her studies, travels, nature, creativity and love for music! Come celebrate the joy of movement and the uniqueness of YOUR spirit in a Nia class with Lisa.
