NI-Gulf Branch January Lunch Meeting

We will gather at the Harth Retaurant at the North Houston Hilton for our first NI-Gulf Houston Branch meeting of 2025.

Our NI-Gulf Houston Branch secretary, Fr. Sinclair Oubre made a presentaiton at the December MARAD Company Security Officer Seminar at the Master, Mates & Pilots' training facility in Maryland. He will share his short presentation with us, and invite the expert members of our branch to comment on the talk.

The plan is that we will have a limited menu, and will pay NI, and NI will pay the Harth Restaruant.
