🫧 MOTAT will be bubbling over with excitement as Ngā Mirumiru Bubbles bounces its way back for Labour Weekend! 🫧Get blown away by live-action bubble shows, bubble displays and hands-on activations suited for the whole whānau.
Ngā Mirumiru Bubbles is a brilliant way to engage young kids with science, imagination, and bubble-tastic play. Try to catch a bubble, paint with bubbles, or even get inside a giant one!
Why bubbles? Because they’re a gateway to understanding fluid mechanics and developing the observation skills that underpin science. Tamariki can observe, experiment, investigate, and discover scientific concepts in exciting ways.
This event also connects us to our environment. Inspired by our location at Te Wai Ōrea Western Springs, explore themes of water conservation and sustainable ecosystems. Visit the historic Pumphouse, once Auckland’s first major public waterworks.
