The 2023 North Georgia UMC Annual Conference is right around the corner! This year's RMN Worship will take place on June 1, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Oconee Street UMC. You can expect inspiring preaching, uplifting music, and Holy Communion open to ALL!!
This year's sermon will be delivered in dialogue between Rev. Andi Woodworth (she/they), Co-Pastor at Neighborhood Church, and Kylan Pew, MDiv (he/him), Director of Restorative Practices at Neighborhood Church. The theme: "God's Spirit Poured Out" based on Joel 2:28.
Worship will be led by an Athens Combined Choir and leaders from reconciling communities across the conference. There will be Mark Miller classics as well as praise adaptions of contemporary, pop anthems!
For those who cannot attend in person, the entire service will be live-streamed on Oconee Street UMC's Facebook Page, as well as shared here.
The offering will be split between national RMN and local RMN organizing.
This will be a joyous celebration of diversity and inclusion you do not want to miss! We hope you'll join us!!
