COURSE DESCRIPTION:NFT Handgun Level 1 - Basic Class is designed to expose new and novice handgun owners to a new-found confidence when handling and firing their handgun of choice.
The course will reinforce handgun safety and establish a solid foundation in handgun manipulation/handling skills with emphasis on the fundamentals of shooting. You will be drawing from a holster. This class is a great complement if you have received your Louisiana Concealed Carry Handgun Permit or to gain confidence prior to taking a Concealed Carry Permit Training class. If you prefer to Constitutional Carry, then this class is a must. Just going to the range, shooting paper and not drawing from a holster simply isn’t enough.

Cost: $200 per student.

Requirements:
-A firm belt to be used with the belt loops of pants or shorts.
-Pants/shorts with pockets.
-An outside the waist holster (OWB) with one form of retention (no nylon holsters).
-At least 2 magazines but 3 is recommended
-Eye and ear protection.
-A brimmed hat.
-Fluids to hydrate.
-Sunscreen
-At least 150 rounds of ammunition.
