NFPA Fire Officer II

This is a hybrid NFPA Fire Officer 2 course presented by DPSST. Once students have registered they will be sent a link to sign up or log in to Resource 1 and start all of their course work. Students will complete all modules with quizzes and tests. Prior to the in person portion of the course, students must have 70% or higher on all tests and complete all course work. The 3 day in person class will be full of activities and knowledge building. This course offers the building blocks of leadership, communication and personnel management as anew company officer.

• Dress for the class is Business casual or Class B Uniform.

• Students will have a task book initiated but will not be completely signed off.

• Class will be held 8am to 5pm(ish) with a 1 hour lunch all days.

• Students must be affiliated with a fire department within Oregon.

• Students must be NFPA Officer 1(or working on Officer 1).
