As our last event for Black History Festival NW, join us at The Judy Kafoury Center for Youth Arts (The Judy) for an evening of captivating storytelling at the Regional Finals of the True Colors Next Narrative Monologue Competition. End the festival by cheering on 8 local high school students from all over the Portland Metro area as they compete for a chance to represent the Portland in the national competition in New York!
