This year’s NLLC is entitled “New Levels of Purpose” and it is aimed at equipping church leaders with some practical tools they can use as the Body of Christ continues to bring hope to the World.

For nearly a decade, she’s helped pastors and churches nationwide build systems, structure leadership, and lead with strategy, not stress. Known for her honest insight and practical wisdom, Mishka specializes in helping churches grow with clarity, creativity, and purpose. Her insight to ministry and church strategies also offers a fresh perspective on grants, funding sources and 501C3s.
