Elevate your Icarian Game with Fabio & Diana Prior experience with pops and washing machines required
Ready to transform your Icarian practice? This immersive course takes your existing acro skills to new heights, focusing on advanced pops, dynamic flows, and Icarian techniques.
The Journey: We begin by refining your foundation - perfecting tempos and straight throws in basic Icarians (Bird to Chair, American Chair). These first weeks focus on the precise techniques that create more height, control, and seamless transitions.
As we progress, you'll master the art of linking Icarians, explore exciting variations, and unlock new dynamic tricks. While we have ambitious goals, we pace according to the group's progression—our priorities remain safety, connection, and the pure joy of flight.

- Courbette - Cartwheel Pops
- Varial & log 360 - Cascade

Fabio is a certified AcroYoga International teacher who has taught at retreats, festivals, and workshops across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Originally from Italy, he focuses on building community and empowering people through mindful movement. His attention to detail and belief that AcroYoga is for any-"body" ensures classes prioritize safety, fun, and a positive mindset. As co-founder of SummerDream Fest, the annual acro gathering in Tuscany, he's been building communities since 2006.
Diana brings her passion for teaching from years as a scuba instructor to the AcroYoga world. Her joy comes from watching students evolve and grow more comfortable in their practice. For several years, acro has been central to her life as she practiced and taught throughout Europe and Asia. With experience spanning dance, acrobatics, and certified yoga teaching, she brings diverse skills to her instruction.
