We've all been there: lost the drive to keep at it. But losing momentum doesn't make you undisciplined. Sometimes all it takes is a nudge, a spark of creativity to get back on track.

Creative momentum is the flow when we're in the zone. Discipline, on the other hand, is the outer layer of protection — a boundary that keeps our sanity healthy.

There are myths we wana debunk, one of which:
"Disciplined creatives wait for inspiration before they start."

The reality is the opposite. Most disciplined creatives show up regardless of how they feel, and treat inspiration as something that arrives during the work, not before it. Waiting for the "right mood" is actually a sign of relying on motivation rather than discipline.

In practice, having a consistent creative habit tends to free you, because you spend less mental energy deciding when to create and more energy on the actual creating.
