✨Calling All Carers aged 50+ ✨ Join Us in Newtown Next Wednesday! ✨Age Cymru Powys is hosting a special FREE Carers Wellness Taster Session next week and we hope you can join us for a morning of relaxation, connection, and appreciation.
• When: Wednesday, August 27th, 10:30am - 12:30pm
• Where: Plas Dolerw, Milford Road, Newtown SY16 2EH
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other carers, share your experiences in a supportive environment, and learn about the support available. It's a friendly, no-pressure environment where you can meet other people who understand what it's like to be a carer.
You are welcome to bring the person you care for, a friend, or another carer you know. These free sessions will give you a taste of the wellness activities and therapies we'll be offering at our full-day events next January.
This event is open to anyone aged 50+ who is a current, former, or future carer. To help us with planning, please RSVP ASAP, with your name, the name of your guest, and any dietary requirements. We can't wait to see you there!
Age Cymru Powys is working in collaboration with Carers Trust Wales and Credu Connecting Carers to offer several Carers Wellness Taster Sessions this year, leading up to three main Carers Wellness Days in January 2026.
