N.E.W.S. Leading Through Transitions (In-Person)

This is a half-day leadership workshop (3 hours) designed to equip leaders with practical strategies for navigating organizational change and transitions.

Kate is a seasoned organizational development leader and coach with over 21 years of experience in guiding nonprofit organizations and leaders through complex and challenging times and transitions. Her approach combines deep human connection insights with practical people first strategies meant to empower people and the teams they create to thrive- even during times of transition. Kate is passionate about building resilient humans who excel in their lives, their leadership and supporting everything in between.
