Newquay RNLI volunteer crew and fundraisers are looking forward to welcoming you to this year’s Lifeboat Day. Here’s what we have in store…
*10am - Meet Mr F-T from Big F-T's Shack Rock pooling Adventures to join a Rock Pool Ramblemeet on the beach. Free to join - although donations are welcome.
▪️10.30am – Parade begins at the bottom of Marcus Hill, lead by Kernow Pipes and Drums, Newquay Mayor and Newquay Town Crier.
▪️11.00am – Parade arrives at Newquay harbour for the official opening of Newquay RNLI Lifeboat Day 2023.
Newquay inshore lifeboats, ‘Uncle Johnny’ and ‘Enid Mildred’ will be launched to greet the volunteer crew of the ‘Spirit of Padstow’ all weather lifeboat.
Our friends from Radio Newquay will be broadcasting live and providing commentary throughout the day.
