Newport Peach at Fabletics

Pilates-inspired mat work class. It’s time to re-connect to your core! With a targeted focus on strengthening your arms, abs, and ass, this no-cardio class will combine mat Pilates with Barre floor work. Most Peaches do not wear shoes for this class. Please bring water and a mat!

At Newport Peach, we focus on strength, stress-relief, and self-care. Come as you are, and ditch the judgments in an atmosphere of body LOVE. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (you can modify each move for injuries or intensity). Plus, every class at Newport Peach is appropriate (and encouraged) for prenatal and postnatal with approval from your doctor.
