NEWIB Summer Wellness Social

Join NEWIB at our Summer Wellness Social for a rejuvenating 2-part evening focused on wellness, connection and community hosted at the Gainful NY HQ in collaboration with our generous sponsors One Medical, and Calm for Employers.

• We will kick off the evening with an energizing 45-minute mobility class led by the incredible Meg Hayden (limited capacity, if interested please register for this portion specifically and arrive at 5).
• Happy Hour and networking to follow with nutritious snacks and hydrating beverages. If you plan to attend just the second part of the evening, please plan to arrive around 6 pm.
• Whether you are looking to break a sweat, connect with colleagues, or simply unwind in a wellness-forward setting - this event is for you.
