While care is taken in preparation, we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination. For guests with significant intolerance, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, we recommend carefully considering whether the available options and onboard kitchen environment are suitable for your individual needs before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Strictly NO BYO food or beverages
- Heels Policy – The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
- Limited Seating Notice: This is a cocktail-style cruise event and is not a table-service or seated-viewing event. The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with event flow, passenger movement, dance floor space and onboard safety in mind. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel, however seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring their own chairs, stools or other seating onto the vessel. Bringing personal seating may create safety or access issues and may result in refusal of entry. Guests are encouraged to view prior event photo albums on our social media pages before booking to get a clear understanding of the event style, vessel setup and atmosphere. Suitability of the event is at the patron’s discretion prior to purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Accessibility: Please note that MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to wharf, gangway and vessel design. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser and attendees to assess whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal needs before purchasing tickets. Guests should contact us before booking to discuss suitability. Lack of suitability based on accessibility or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund
- Bag Policy: For safety and security reasons bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Guest that arrive with larger bags such as backpacks, totes and other items may be refused admission without refund.
- Do not leave bags or other personal items unattended while on-board the vessel. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
- No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
- Total cruise duration may be inclusive of embarkation/disembarkation. All indicated times may be adjusted at the discretion of AEC management, and, or vessel Captain.
- No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
- CCTV & Security Notice: For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, crew, and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.
- Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event. You consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using any images or footage of you for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.
- Event Conditions: All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, or responsible service of alcohol regulations.
- Departure Policy: Vessel always aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.
- All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Info: Please look for the All Event Cruises staff at the undercover Gazebo area. The boat may not be at the wharf until closer to departure time but please don't wait to see the boat to approach for check in. Allow plenty time for parking or travel delays. Persons that arrive late and miss check in may not be able to board the boat with no refund.

Info: The boat will pull into the wharf at approximately 6:45pm to allow for boarding.

DEPARTURE
Info: The gangway will be pulled up from the wharf and the boat will start departing at 7pm. Once the gangway is up it is up! Please be at the wharf in plenty of time to avoid disappointed at not being able to board.

RETURN / Drop off
Info: The boat will pull in at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal ay approximately 9:30pm to drop guests off.
