Be part of Newcastle’s first Community of Practice - a new space bringing organisations together to strengthen youth voice and empower young people to lead change across the city.

This in‑person launch event will be an opportunity to explore how we can collaborate more effectively, share best practice, and build a collective vision for a Newcastle where young people are supported to shape the future.

During this session, you will:

• Connect with other Newcastle organisations committed to youth social action
• Explore how we can nurture a citywide approach to supporting young people
• Share ideas, challenges and examples of emerging practice
• Hear from local young people leading the session
• Help define shared goals and priorities for the new Community of Practice

Organisations and professionals from sectors such as:

• Education
• Youth work
• Community development
• Arts, culture and heritage
• Health and wellbeing
• Local government
• Any group invested in youth leadership and participation

Whether you’ve worked in youth social action for years or you're just beginning the journey, your insight will help shape what this network becomes.
