This session will feature an incredible spotlight, Claire Graham.

Claire Graham spent 18 years in publishing and advertising before moving into health and wellness in 2025. Inspired by her own fertility journey, she now supports individuals navigating the path to parenthood, combining evidence-based insight on hormones, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

In her talk, Claire will share her personal journey to becoming a mum, speaking openly about the realities of balancing IVF with a demanding career. Drawing from both personal experience and research, she explores what this journey reveals about women’s hormones, fertility and the pressures many professional women face.

Claire now works with businesses on fertility awareness and pregnancy loss support, while also coaching busy professional women to prioritise their health through realistic, sustainable fitness and wellbeing practices.
