The violet flower often grows quietly.
It survives difficult seasons.
It blooms in unexpected places.
It returns year after year.
Many people move through life carrying stories of survival, responsibility, loss, transition, and resilience. Along the way, they can lose touch with the parts of themselves that are creative, curious, hopeful, and fully alive.
Newborn Violet™ is an invitation to reconnect with those parts.
Through expressive arts, storytelling, reflection, journaling, and creative exploration, participants are encouraged to discover what has always been present beneath survival: their voice, their value, their imagination, and their capacity to grow.
This is not therapy.
This is not a traditional art class.
This is a guided creative experience designed to help participants pause, reflect, create, and explore the next chapter of their story.
No artistic experience is required.
All materials are provided.
